Recently my feed tab has been replaced with an add for Arlo plans, with no way to view feed history. I should still have access to the free 7-day legacy plan, which is not working.

Models: VMC3030 (FW: 1.5.295), VMB3500r4 (FW: 1.27.0.0_1314_03495c2)

Making this post seems to have resolved this issue somehow. My feed is working now after months despite not changing any settings.

It would seem that you have a premium features enabled (likely activity zones?). Removing the zones and/or any other such feature will clear that message. I'm guessing you had a temporary trial subscription that Arlo marketing has been pushing which allowed things to work but now that the trial expired you need to undo some changes.

Can you make a manaul recording while livestreaming?

Is the system in Arm Home or Arm Away mode?

Yes I’ve had it on both arm away and at home. and yes, I can manually record.

Which means you still do have cloud storage.

Go into the mode settings, and make sure the cameras are listed in the device rules.  If they aren't, then add them.

Also check the motion sensitivity in the camera settings (default mode settings).  The default used to be 80, but I think Arlo recently shifted that to 50.
