I have 3 flat rechargeable batteries for my Arlo Pro that will not charge. Have tried Arlo’s recommended procedure for this which does not work. Error states that there is a battery fault, but this occcurred for all 3 batteries at the same time. Which is odd. However the charger does charge other devices ok. Have contacted Arlo Support 2 times now and got nowhere after an hour on the phone each time. A supervisor has been promised to phone me back, but I don’t think this will happen. Any suggestions on next steps.

Just for grins, try a different charger that supports Qualcomm Quick Charge such as those used by recent phones from Samsung and others. They will have both 5v and 9v outputs.
