Firmware update arlo camera

My cameras (plural) say they need a firmward update. I have NO idea where to even start. I have read a lot and when i try to follow directions i cant seem to get the options that the instructions say i should be at for that procedure.

    Open up the settings for the camera and look for the firmware information, then select it to check to see if it starts updating.

Other steps can be to reboot the base as well as reinserting the camera batteries.
