Our feed is working on my phone, but is blank on my wife's. We are both using identical galaxy s24.

I tried clearing the cache, data, and reinstalling the app. I believe I checked every setting against each other and they appear to be identical.

Do you both see the same interface? The old one uses Library to view recordings while the new one uses Feed. Both users need to be on the same interface for sharing to work. She can also just use your credentials to log in. Arlo used to only allow one person at a time to log into the account but now allows multiple logins.

We both have the same version of the android app. We both see the link for "feed" but hers is empty. I checked through every setting and we seem to be identical. Everything else works in her app and she even gets notifications, but she can't see the recordings from the feed. Going to the arlo website she can see the feed. Very confusing. I'm sure it is a simple thing that I don't see.

We have the same problem -- we have 4 Arlo cameras, and my wife went to "devices" (at the bottom), then clicked on the 3 dots (at the top), then hit the minus sign for camera 3. Now camera 3 is gone from her "feed", but it is in mine. How does she get camera 3 back? She does not want to login with my credentials. We have the same app.

If she is using a "friend" account, then one option is to just use your Arlo credentials on both phones.

Note that there are two locations in her account - both named "home" by default.  One is for her own cameras - and if she has none, then that will be empty.  The other is for your cameras.  Try pressing on the "home" in the center of the title bar, and select the second location.

If that works - you can rename the locations by pressing on the profile icon in the upper right of the app.

My problem (4 cameras, 1 missing) has been solved--thank you @jguerdat ! See my post in Arlo Pro 2 for more info.
