Hi,

 

my base station with model vmb4000.

 

would someone recommend the correct ethernet cable to connect to internet? I bought one from Amazon and it doesn’t plug in! TIA

What did you buy?

 

All ethernet cables use the same RJ45 connector, so the cable itself should fit.  Sometimes there is a sleeve over the connector that can get in the way.
