My email has been hacked and I cannot login to change it. How can I change my email?

Try using your mobile arlo app to update your account.

I cannot log in to my account because my email, the one that I used to set up the Arlo account, has been hacked. I need to have a tech rep (a person) enter my new email address.

Your Arlo account happens to use the hacked email address, but it is a completely different account with a different password. You should still be able to log into it safely.
