I have the arlo pro base station model vmb4000 and 3 Arlo pro cameras. Everything was fine until a tech guy came in to reorder some things. When I connect my router Arris surfboard sbg6700-ac to the eero and then connect the eero to the arlo, Arlo stops working. When I connect Arlo directly to the router it works fine.
Any sugges? I don't want to give up on my eero as it has made a big difference in our internet.

Hard to say - I couldn't quickly find a manual to browse. Why are you connecting the base to the eero? I'm guessing that the Internet LED on the base is amber or off when connected this way.

Correct. Amber light on Arlo. I have to connect it this way because ADT will only work if directly connected into the surfboard.

Amber LED means the base is connected to the router and has an IP address but no connection to the servers (no Internet access). Ports 80, 123 and 443 to arlo.netgear.com have to be open so it sounds like there's a configuration issue in the eero.  Can you log into it and change settings like you can on the router?
