Don't remember password, no emails popping up.

Hey! Doing this on behalf of my father since he can't access his account at the moment and only has one email.

He couldn't remember his password, so he tried to reset his password. However, he wasn't getting any of the emails, even in the spam and junk folders.

I saw a discussion like this one, however, since I'm a newer user, I wasn't sure how to get ahold of the moderators for help (@JamesC and @ShayneS).
