I deleted the other recordings (can’t get back) of this figure. Other than this one. Everyone seemed to disagree with me about it being a possible person... a few nights later I had walked in front of camera to compare.... I am back to believing in fact it is a person who was staring into bedroom window. Please tell me what you think?

There's no image/video attached to your post so we can't tell. 

 

As an aside, I strongly suggest never deleting videos since there are too many times someone wants one back and it's gone forever. There's no space limitation, just time.
