Arlo just keeps winning.  Now they’ve added distracting ads in the camera feed proving once again that they couldn’t care less about your security.  I’m waiting for the cameras to die so I never have to be bothered by their lack of customer concern again.  Tacky, tacky, tacky..

These in-app offers have been integrated into the flow of each app screen to avoid any disruption to the user experience. This is now part of our updated native in-app experience. Users who do not want to see these messages can upgrade to an Arlo Secure plan at www.Arlo.com.

Isn't that the whole idea?  To get me to pay you?  That will never happen.  You lost me as a customer long ago with your bait and switch on the original plan I signed up under.  Remember?  Free subscription up to 10 cameras?  Then reduced to 5.  You also took away 30 days of free video recording and reduced that to 7.  Now you've got your distracting ads trying to get a paid subscription sitting in the place where I need to quickly check when there are notifications - smack dab in the middle of my camera feed.  I'm just waiting for the cameras to die as I previously said so I can be done Arlo.  Can't wait for your next attempt to hustle money out of me or take away aka bait and switch move.

100% agree with these PIA ads.  I’m waiting for our Arlo to die too.  Goodbye Arlo.
