The control is still there on my devices.  Are you not seeing it?

No, not since the new app, everything else is the same

Hey Faulk,

You should be able to turn on/off your cameras by going to My Devices > Choose your Arlo camera > Toggle on/off "Device On". If you don't see this option, send over a screenshot that you're seeing on your phone device.

I was able to do that but the on/off is completely gone now.

It is certainly there on my apps - 2.9.2.25930 running on Android 8, and 2.9.1 (1134) running on iPadOS 13.1. I just press the device settings wheel for the camera.

Where are you looking for it?  Are you using the primary account credentials, or a secondary account that was granted access?

I’m on iPhone 12.4.1. I’ve had these cameras for over a year and have had the on/off switch in my app. Since I downloaded the new app that Arlo said you had to have, the on/off switch disappeared at that time. I only have one user account. I’ve tried calling and been on hold for 90 minutes to get hung up on twice. Very frustrated, I’ve also tried email with no response and chat told me to call which I did. Very poor customer service

Thx.  That's where it's supposed to be (I see "Device On" with the on/off control directly above the battery status).

Also what app version are you using (check "about")?  Mine is 2.9.1 (1134) in iPad 13.1, and 2.9.2_25930 on Android 8.

Is the camera on-line (able to live stream and record)?

If so, maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Yes, the cameras work fine and I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times. No luck
