Device off blue light lights up at night

I have one of my devices turned off, however, most nights I notice a blue light that come on for a moment and then goes off. Why would that be? Thank you

It sounds like the camera(s) are syncing with your base station. When did this issue first occur?

Did you happen to notice if the base station was offline while the camera was blinking blue?

it has been going on for a while, typically it happen, that I notice, around the same time at night, I have no way of knowing if it is syncing with the base station.  I would I be able to tell? it there a log I can check.?
