I have problem.

Yesterday my son deleted device from app arlo, and when i try add my arlo pro again it showing error.

Any one can help resolve this problem ?

Power button reboot the base, left it come back online ( about 2 mins )

Pull battery of camera then replace

attempt sync, make sure it's a quick press on the base sync button ( don't hold )
