First off ..... Why is it so insanely hard to reach Arlo's customer service.
Ever since the last firmware upgrade my camera's have a pixilated look to them even after I set each camera to it best quality.... Never had an issue with zooming into an area of the shot and getting great resolution before and nothing has changed in my cameras or base locations.
