Defective battery upon purchase - need to request new one from Arlo!

Hi All - I purchased an Arlo Pro 3 pack and one of the batteries was dead on arrival and did not work at all when I took it out of the box. I have been trying to figure out how to call Arlo and request a replacement but it appears there is no support #. I don't want to take the whole system back to the store since I already had the cameras set up. Any idea how I can request a replacement battery from them? Thanks!!

If you use the Contact Support banner at the bottom of this page and keep going through all the pages you will find a Customer Support phone number for each country Arlo does business in.

Does the battery charge? Have you tried plugging the camera with the battery inserted?
