When I deactivate my cameras, my Arlo continues to use data. In fact, it uses considerably more! Before I began to deactivate it while doing yard work (the constant notifications are annoying), I had no trouble keeping my data within my plan limits (20 G). Suddenly, I noticed I was running out less than half way through the month. I checked my data log and I was using several Gigs at a time only on days I deactivated the cameras. I checked in settings and I don’t see anything that would account for this.

How are you deactivating the cameras?  and are you tied into IFTTT ?

From past tests, ( stand alone Arlo system ) when the cameras are Unarmed, there is almost null traffic
