Continually asked to update Arlo app. Tried checking but no update showing on Google Play Store.

Hello , when going thru the app on my phone , after clicking , it asks if I want to update now . I then hit yes , the Google Play store comes up with no new update , so I hit Open. After hitting Open , nine times out of ten , it asks me for my password . I put in my password and usually it tells me something about logging in from a different device so I have to go thru the process again. Anyone experience this or anything like it ? 

I was very pleased after purchasing these cameras but it keeps going downhill with every update.

It sounds like you're using an older phone with an unsupported OS so there's no suitable update. WHat phone/OS?

Galaxt S8Active .

I am able to update the app when there is one available though but it always says ,  your app requires an update to continue ,after I click the app. The last update was April 5th

Start by focre closing the app, clearing cache and data, uninstall, reboot the phone and reinstall.
