Connectivity issue

Dear concern,

I have arlo pro base station and 04 cameras, i am enable to connect system.

When i reset the base its restart and after approx 2 min turn green light. But enable to find through arlo app.

I bough this system from someone (preloved), i don't know first owner.

But i am unable to remove device because, i am not first owner.

I think this device is already added in someone account
