I have a shortcut https://arlo.netgear.com/ for Chrome browser on my Windows 10 desktop and up until today 05/09/19, I could use this to access Arlo to view my libraries, cameras etc.. https://arlo.netgear.com/ no longer works in Chrome. It does however work for accessing Arlo in my Firefox browser. However, I note that if I use https://my.arlo.com/ in the address bar of my Chrome I can access Arlo as normal.
Can anyone please tell me what has changed in either Arlo, Chrome or Windows between yesterday 04/09/19 and today 05/09/19 to cause ths to happen?

Arlo isn't part of Netgear anymore - it was spun off last year. https://arlo.netgear.com redirects to https://my.arlo.com for me (and I also use Chrome). But I think that's a transistional measure - at some point that redirection will likely stop and the old URL will just fail.
So just make a new shortcut for https://my.arlo.com . And if you use the apps, replace them with the new Arlo versions announced today.

Thanks for reply. It makes sense. my Firefox obviously redirects but not my Chrome browser.
