Capturing a frame from video and printing it

Anyone know how I can isolate / capture a frame or two from a video, then print it?

Depends on what platform your using.... But when I want a quick shot from a video, I first play it in VLC media player ( free for all formats ) and then since I'm on Win v10, I use the Snipper ( stock tool in windows ) to cut what I want and save or email

 

The old Ctrl - Prnt screen will still sometimes work too

Alt-Prntscrn captures just the active window to keep it simple.
