Cannot select calendar date to view Manual pictures/video, unless Motion event occurs

I am first-time user of the Arlo Pro cameras. Here's the scenario:

* If a Motion event occurs, I can go to Library and select today's date and view the result

* However, if there is no Motion event for today, then, if I do a Manual picture or video, then I cannot select today's date from the Library to view it (Chrome browser just won't allow it). If, however, I then trigger a Motion event, then I can select today's date, and see both the Motion event and the Manual picture/video I took earlier. This scenario is reproducible by deleting all of today's Motion & Manual items and redoing these steps.

How can I view Manual picture/video for a given day if there are no Motion events first?

Both motion detected videos and manual started ( or snapshot ) should appear in the Library.... Can you try another browser? Maybe fire fox?
