I have the older arlo pro model vmc4030 with base station. I have not used them in 2 years. We moved and i tried resyncing and I tried to connect devices to app and they are never found.

Have you fully charged the camera batteries, if you left them in the camera they are likely fully discharged.

Regards the base station, have you kept the same account credentials or have you created a new account, if the later then the equipment would need to be removed from the previous account first so you can import to the new account.
You could also try factory reset of the base station before adding again.

You should also try using the arlo web portal “my.arlo.com” with a pc browser connected to the local network rather than the mobile app for importing.
