Can't see all cams on my app.

I have 4 cams on my system. When I bought it I could monitor all 4 cams. I turned one off somehow in my app and now I can't seem to get it to show in my app anymore. The other 3 are just fine. I tried every step to try to get it re synced so I could monitor it again. I don't have the box so I don't know the IMEI code they ask for and it is NOT in the camera battery bay like a lot of other info. I just want to be able to monitor it again from my app. My wife's phone can see all 4 cams but I get only 3. Help please

Oh, my wife has a separate account so it's just in my account where I can only see 3 cams

who is the primary account ?? wife ?

If so, make sure the cameras are toggled on for you to view ( grant access )
