Hello, I can’t log on to my account. I keep getting “We don’t recognize this device “

Also, I need to add my new iPhone and an iPad to my trusted list.

Did you request and receive a code to be entered for 2FA (2 factor authentication)? There's also a link underneath to "Try a different method" so you can get emails instead of textx.
