Can't find footage my system deleted. How to find? Need to be able to see for legal reasons.

I cant seem to find any of the footage my system deleted. And I need to be able to see it for some legal reasons. I dont have a cloud account and is registered under my husband's name and stuff, but he dont know how to find it either. Help me please

First , the Arlo systems are cloud based... So all videos go to the cloud.

If your husband's account is a basic level or free, the videos would only be stored for 7 days from date created...then they are gone.

Exception is if running a Pro or newer system AND using the USB backup port....then the videos may be there if it was on.

You will have to go thru the owners account to access and/ or look at the backup drive.
