Hi, 

In the app, there is no camera discovered and no recording in library at all.  However, when I log into the web, the cameras are there.  I reinstalled the app on the phone but still not resolved.  Any advice from the community?  Thanks.

Silly question but are you logging into the app with the same credentials? If so, what phone and OS version?

yes, same credentials.  It is iPhone with ios 16.1.  The app is already updated.    I get the notifications of movements and sound in the app still but can't see any of the cameras.  No clue what is going on.
