Can't click some dates in the library

Hi there

We put some cameras up to watch a spot in our factory. I want to review the footage for 3-4am on 1/11/18 (ddmmyy by the way) but can only click on today (6/11). If I click to go to the previous month, all I can click on is 29/10/18. We definitely had activity in that area between those dates.

Any suggestions why this could be?

Hey @VishM,

Make sure that your filters are showing the cameras you are wanting to see from the "Library".
