Can't add my devices

Hi, I'm using an Arlo base with 5x Arlo Pro cameras since a long time and it worked well until now. I travelled from one country to the other, changed Network, phones, etc.. and never had a problem until yesterday.

Last time I checked (last week) it was fine and today (03/01/2020) my app is totally empty, no devices, no recordings and  showing me as only option to Add a New Device.
I tried on my computer and on my phone but my Base Station can't be found, even the 3x lights are green and nothing changed. 

 

What to do?

Is it possible the current country or ISP is blocking access?
