I have a user in my granted access list that I can't delete. This has been the case for the past 3 years or so. Whenever I try to delete the user I get an error saying that the database is down. I had to create a new user account with a different e-mail for my wife to access the account. So now I have an account listed that I would just like to delete. I contacted Arlo more than a year ago but no resolution. Is there any way that the account can be manually deleted? I won't post the account here.

Hi @dexjaz
Are you still experiencing this issue with removing the user? Have you tried removing the device on the App & Web portal?

The issue is with removing an authorized user, not a device. When I try it says the database is not available, so I think something is corrupt with the user account.
