Can't Connect To Base Station After Update

I have tried to get an answer with this problem. I had Arlo pro base online and added 4 cameras. Arlo app said I needed to update base so I did. After update I had message saying offline and to remove device. I did this and tried to install again. Now it does not detect base. It had 3 green lights on instead of 2. I tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling Arlo app., unplugging internet and power cables. It changed from 3 green light to two green and one amber. Please if anyone has an answer let me know.

When pressing the reset button it's very important to hold it until the LEDs flash amber.

Remove all cameras and the base from the arlo app.

 

Reset the base by pushing the very small reset button on the back.

 

After reset, add your base, then add your cameras.
