Can I leave the charging cable connected to my Arlo Pro all the time?

Cam i take my cam battery always connected to an electrical socket (always) so don't need to recharge my battery? Or The cam must work only with the power of his battery?

The Pro camera will work with the battery removed while using the adapter and cable alone.

You can also use the ac power cable/adapter with the battery in place and no harm will come to the battery.

Do you know if it would still be waterproof if the charging cable is permanently connected?

The current cable is NOT rated for out side.   But if you wanted to take silcon sealant in hand it may be possible ( just might loose warranty )

What I see as the problem area in the cable is at the adapter end re weather
