Can I get access to arlo storage server in mainland China?

I've already had arlo wireless carama sets in US.

 

I planed to buy the same sets for my parents in China.

 

Is Arlo storage server accessiable in mainland China?

I believe that to be the case but with the Great Firewall it could be an issue.
