I'm at my max of 6 cameras with the free plan, 4 battery and the other 2 powered. I want to add another powered camera and eliminate one of the battery cameras and keep the free plan. Possible?

It should be fine ( not 100% sure as your on the special 6 pack plan )...
Usu, when you sync another camera past the total allowed, you must disable one of them ( in settings, under Subscription/ Manage Camera Status ), it allows you to toggle on/off the extra camera by switching in/out
