Cameras won't connect to the base station

I've seen there has been some issues the past few days. Then a green banner saying to reset your base station. Now I cannot connect my cameras to the base station.

I've already done that. Even with a full factory reset. I've even created a brand new account. None of these work.

Does the basestation turn on? Can you provide which basestation you have?
