Neither of my camera batteries will charge and I am “not entitled to live agent support”. I have my original charging cable plus an Amazon extended cable, neither are working. I have changed the charging block. I have removed batteries and switched. I have tried different plug ins. Can anyone help me??

The arlo pro/2 cameras use a 7.2vdc battery that requires a QC USB charging adapter that came with the cameras. The 5vdc adapter will let you run the camera but will not charge the battery.
If you had allowed the battery to fully discharge the camera will not allow you to charge the battery without human intervention.
