Cameras do not show up in the Arlo app in my devices

I accidently removed my cameras from my devices on my computer and now I`m unable to get them back on. I shut down the app and resynced the cameras but nothing shows up in my devices.

Probably the fastest thing to do is to start fresh.  Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices.  Use the Add Device button in the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras.

Three base lights are green but does not show any devices on computer when logged in. I accidently pushed some button having to

do with the internet. It shows no devices to remove and when I tried to sync the camera again ,still no device

Have you tried both the app and a browser? Does one work properly? 3 green LEDs implies connection to the server as well as at least one camera being connected.

Had an extra base hooked up the cameras to it and it worked fine

Seesm to be a bad base.  Open a case with support to replace it.
