Cameras do not detect motion or record. Only worked for one day. Customer service didn't help.

Installed 3 cameras and a doorbell 3 weeks ago and it only worked one day.  Cameras now don’t detect motion and don’t record.  I’ve talked with customer service two times and have been told everything looks good on their end.  Customer service is inadequate, not knowledgeable, and wait time is generally a half hour or more.  I am dissatisfied and would strongly recommend someone considering ARLO to choose another company.  Our baby monitors provide better security.  Also, there is no refund policy.  Avoid this company if you truly want a piece of mind.
