One of my cameras continuously says offline. I've charged it and it does not come back online. What am I doing wrong. Thank you

Try rebooting your base and reinsert the camera battery to reset things. Does the camera LED give a quick blue flash when first inserting the battery? You may need to remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync it.
