My ARLO Pro camera stopped syncing. Blinking amber light, won’t blink blue, setup hangs. Batteries charged etc etc. I have a hard time with the community members who come on and tell you what to do…Here is the deal:
I have three base stations and ten cameras. They are SO low quality they break ALL THE TIME and are basically disposable. And support is the worst. They have never fixed my problem and despite investing literally over a thousand dollars, here I am with a terrible product.
I haven’t tried a different system but I am ready to. This is insane. ARLO, can you send me a new camera? Hello?

Thanks for the reply, Shane.
After five years, four base stations and at least 12 cameras, I know that when the hardware gets stuck, you have to go back to factory settings, get one camera working and build up from there. It took about two hours of trying and trying again, the camera started to respond once more. The hardware is so inconsistent, but I have learned to live with it. I think I could be a good support person myself. Just another two hours of my life.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods you have previously performed.
