Hi

Camera seems to record when nothing is there, we are on the free subscription, any ideas on how to fix this?

Would upgrading to the paid subscription and setting zones help maybe?

Thanks

Is there no motion at all in the scene (no wind blowing, reflections in the windows, etc)?

Hi, not that I can see, we have noticed that it does seem to do it when its windy, however there is no video evidence its wind, can the wind just blowing on the camera set it off?  If so any way to stop this?

Hey LFCNZ71,

If you're receiving false notifications on your Arlo camera, try to decrease the motion sensitivity to see if that helps. You can read here to learn how to change the motion sensitivity: How do I change the motion sensitivity on my Arlo camera?
