Camera goes offline while i livestream on my phone

While i am at work i am watching my live stream on my android phone. After about 4 minutes i get the message "Your Arlo device appears offline. Please make sure it's powered on and connected to the Internet". I know it is not offline at my house nor is there a problem with the internet connection at my house. I am wondering if the application itself is **bleep**ty. I usually have to force close out of the application and restart it where it works again for about 5 minutes and I receive the same error message. Any ideas how to fix this?

It sounds like the app may be going to sleep due to your mobile devices battery optimization settings. Check your power saving settings on your mobile device and see if you still experience the same behavior.
