Camera don't sync

I bought 4 cameras yesterday. I did Sync one camera after charging it. Today, I wanted to Sync the rest of the 3 cameras. But none of it will Sync. I tried eveyrthing in community and Netgear Support mentioned. I restarted the Base, didn't Sync. I removed the Base, didn't Sync. I Hard reset, still didn't Sync. After blue flashes comes on for a minutes, then it goes to rapid orange falshing. Thats it.
I don't understand why Netgear make products that do not testing it before releasing it to public.
I am not sure what else should I do to Sync these **bleep**ing Camera. There is NO number to call Netgear for support like Nest offers.

Are you pressing the sync button on the base station (press and release, do not hold) and allowing the sync LED to light up before attempting to sync each camera?
