Camera doesn't charge or connect to Base station

Hi there, Just wondering if anybody has experinced the following.

 

I've one camera (Arlo Pro) that will not charge, It gets very hot with the Netgear power adapter plugged in it. As a result it does not connect to the base station, and therefore doesn't work.

 

I believe the camera to be faulty, as I've swapped the battery with other cameras and they work fine, as does the charger on other Arlo Pro cameras. I have 2 base stations, and the camera does not connect/is not seen by either of them. I've had this camera less than 6 months, and it's been used inside.

 

Does anybody have any contacts who might be able to repair the camera, or a Netgear contact where I could send the camera in for an expert opinion.

 

Any/All assistance appreciated.

No repair service I'm aware of, the warranty is a year.
