Camera detects motion all the time

We recently purchased the Arlo Pro system and have of the cameras set.  Everything seems to be working, but we do have one camera that once it detects motion will continue to go off after the thing that trigger the motion is gone.   To get the camera to stop we have to disarm the system.  I thought it was the sensitivity need to be adjusted.  After we tried to adjust the motion sensitivity to different levels it continued to happen. We though maybe the placement was not good so we swapped the camera for one at a different spot.   The new location does not have much motion at all and the camera continues to detect motion.  Do we have a bad camera?

Pro or original wireless camera? I've experienced multiple videos from one motion event that was fixed by opening a case and getting the Pro cameras replaced.

Open a case and get the camera replaced.  That fixed mine.
