Camera battery won't charge and getting exclamation mark with charging symbol

Battery will not charge in camera and I get the exclamation mark with charging symbol.
But if I move battery to another camera it will charge.
How can I make my original camera charge?

I believe the amber triangle with exclamation mark is a low temperature warning (you can't charge li-ion batteries below freezing).. ARe you trying to charge with the camera outdoors?
