I purchased the 4 camera set from Best Buy this weekend and attempted to get this whole thing set up.  I unpacked the entire contents of the box, read through the instructions and proceeded to do what I was instructed.  I charged the first camera no problems.  Only took about 30 minutes and I had a solid blue light.  I plugged in the second camera, no indication it was charging.  Stayed on the charger for 7 hours, no blue light.  I promptly tried a different camera, same result.  I tried another camera, same result.  No apparent charge out of any of them.  I swapped batteries into the camera that did charge, still nothing.  Blinking amber lights.  What is strange, is I went back the next day and swapped batteries and cameras around and tried to re-sync them all.  In one camera the battery was blinking amber, but not in another.  It actually synced and showed 100%.  I changed the battery back to the one it showed amber and it was now syncing.  Something does not sound right, and there is some sort of communication error between the battery and cameras in my package.  Now, I had all 4 cameras apparently synced and all showing video when they were sitting at my computer desk, but after I returned from the outside, 2 of the cameras no longer are synced.  I am debating just returning the entire package to try a new one or go a different route.  I like the quality of the image and if I can dial in the motion detection, I think it's a quality system, but I don't feel like spending weeks to get them to work.  None of the cameras are more than 50 feet from the base, and in fact, one of the cameras (the one over the garage) is just a few feet from the one aimed at the entry way but lost sync.

DoCFuRy,

What did the signal strength indicator show for the cameras prior to them falling offline?

Well it's hard to know. Lol. They were offline by the time I got back to the computer. The router is right next to the computer and I had the website open, at which time they were all full bars. . I guess I could have tried live feed on phone and see if it changed. I'll try that tonight. Of note tho, I noticed blinking orange light on camera this morning despite it showing 100 percent charged last night when it was synced. I know the orange light deal is supposed to be battery related.
