Hey,
I bought an Arlo Pro because it would be completely wireless, but what now appears is that the battery cannot be charged, this means that the power supply must remain connected to the camera and therefore the camera is NOT wireless.
can this problem be solved?

Yes , the battery can be charged using the supplied ac adapter and cable OR using a charge tube and extra batteries to swap out ( optional purchase )

yes, i certainly have problems charging the battery

The warranty should be 1 year.  So I suggest contacting support (perhaps using live chat).

If you have two cameras, try swapping the batteries, and see if the problem moves.  Then you'll know if you need a replacement camera or a replacement battery when you talk to support.
