Hello,I have brought charging cables for the cameras and was charging until yesterday when it said there is a problem.Can someone help me?

As above, the cams will not charge below 32 f .... To do so can harm the battery so the cameras stop allowing it till they warm up.

 

If not using the OEM supplied cables then that may be an issue too

out of curiosity, what was the outside temperature when you received this notification?

Honestly,I live where the winter time is cold.It could be the temperatures that are low,sometimes it does get below 32 F.

Ha! That's not cold!!  🙂  It's 9F here right now and going to drop below 0 tonight in Rochester, NY. And we're noplace close to being as cold as Minnesota...
