Biometry Wasn't Detected & Locked Out How Do I reset It?

 I have had my Arlo pro set up for fingerprint login, today it didn’t take it three times and locked me out, how do I reset that? 

 Been using it for a couple years now

If you can't log into the app using username and password, try reinstalling the app. You also may want to try using a browser to see if that helps in any way.
