Big Orbs Moving Erratically In Night Vision?

Hi there - has anyone seen this before? I've seen the occasional floating dust particle or insect but this is way larger than that.

Any ideas as to what this can be? Can't be something on ground level bc the person walking buy isn't affected.

I'd guess a gnat based on the relative size and motion.
